Swedish Massage This type of massage is designed to bring relaxation and peace to weary muscles through light to medium pressure and long sweeping strokes. This massage helps to bring into balance your sense of well-being by relaxing the body and relieving the mind.







Deep Tissue Massage
a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.  Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and  past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you  don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session. 






Hot Stone Massage Specially selected heated stones are used to massage the body, providing a  nurturing and enhanced therapeutic effect. The application of heat not only increases the feeling of well-being but also  enables the therapist to work more deeply and more effectively with chronic pain conditions. The smooth basalt stones  have a high iron content, enabling them to retain heat. The stones are applied at varying degrees of heat. The  therapist will massage with some stones and lay others on the body at particular points.





Sports Massage
is the type of massage designed for highly active people who engaged in athletics. Engaging in sports is  harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body’s natural immune function.

 




Trigger Point Therapy The application of this massage is excellent for pin pointing specific areas to alleviate tension by using medium to deep pressure. As the muscle tissue relaxes, pressure is gradually increased for maximum benefit.


 
 

CranioSacral Therapy is a bodywork method that focuses on gently stimulating your CranioSacral system (membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord) to heal the body  by improving the functioning of the central nervous system. Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into the feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.




 

Pregnancy Massage is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. is one the most popular types of massage. It's done fully clothed, doesn't require any lotions or oils, and a full body session can be done in 15 minutes sometimes less!
